Marion County Farm Bureau Supports Young 4-H Members with Project Grants

The Marion County Farm Bureau (MCFB) is excited to announce the recipients of its third annual “4-H Project Grant” program. Designed to support younger 4-H members, the program provides funding of up to $150 per recipient to help offset the costs of starting new projects for the Marion County Fair.

We are proud to share that all six applicants were awarded grants, with funding amounts ranging from $106 to the full $150, totaling $824.11 in support for 2025. Since the program began, MCFB has awarded $3,555.62 in total funding to 28 young participants.

“We’re proud to continue supporting our county’s youth in agriculture,” said [Insert Name, Title if desired]. “These grants help open doors for kids to pursue hands-on learning and gain valuable experience through their 4-H projects.”

MCFB extends heartfelt congratulations to this year’s recipients and looks forward to seeing their accomplishments at the upcoming Marion County Fair. Investing in youth today ensures a stronger future for agriculture tomorrow.
