Marion CFB Offering Annual Wellness Vouchers

The Marion County Farm Bureau, in cooperation with the Salem Township Hospital, will again be offering a Wellness Program in March at the Farm Bureau office in Salem.  Testing vouchers will again be available for purchase and pickup at the Farm Bureau office from March 3^rd-7^th.  Payment will be due when you pick up vouchers for your desired testing, with discounts provided on the Executive Blood Profile for Marion CFB members.  After purchasing the vouchers, participants simply take them to Salem Township Hospital to complete their testing.

Tests/vouchers available for purchase include: Executive Blood Profile – $30 ($40 for non-members), PSA Test – $25, and Hemoglobin A1C – $25.  After testing, laboratory results are sent to the individual only and will be mailed to his/her home address within a week.
