The Marion County Farm Bureau (MCFB) is excited to announce the recipients of its third annual “4-H Project Grant” program. Designed to support younger 4-H members, the program provides funding of up to $150 per recipient to help offset the costs of starting new projects for the Marion County Fair.
This year, six local 4-H’ers applied by the May 15 deadline. We are proud to share that all six applicants were awarded grants, with funding amounts ranging from $106 to the full $150, totaling $824.11 in support for 2025. Since the program began, MCFB has awarded $3,555.62 in total funding to 28 young participants.
The 2025 4-H Project Grant recipients are:
Baylie Purcell
Gavin Purcell
Gatling Little
Graceyn Engel
Morgan Rose
Adalyn Rose
“We’re proud to continue supporting our county’s youth in agriculture,” said [Insert Name, Title if desired]. “These grants help open doors for kids to pursue hands-on learning and gain valuable experience through their 4-H projects.”
MCFB extends heartfelt congratulations to this year’s recipients and looks forward to seeing their accomplishments at the upcoming Marion County Fair. Investing in youth today ensures a stronger future for agriculture tomorrow.
